He is an expert on American and international tax legislation, on cross-border structures as well as on estate planning.<\/p><p>Juerg Greter studied law at the University of Freiburg i.Ue. and in 1991, obtained his Master\u2019s Degree in Law (lic. utr. iur.). He was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 1996 and to the New York Bar in 2000. Juerg Greter continued his academic education in the United States, where in 1993 he earned an LL.M. in Common Law Studies at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and in 2000 an LL.M. in International Taxation at New York University School of Law.<\/p><p>2000 \u2013 2004 he was head of KPMG Private in Zurich. Since 2024 Juerg Greter is an independent lawyer in Zurich and he founded Greter &amp; Partners Attorneys Ltd in 2013. <\/p><p>Juerg Greter speaks German, English, Italian and French.
