Nico Berger

Nico Berger advises national and international private clients on cross-border US tax and estate matters. His focus is on US tax and estate law, international succession planning, and the structuring of assets and trusts with US connections.

Nico Berger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Business from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016. In 2017, he received a Master of Science in Business Analysis and Strategic Management from the University of Manchester. In 2023, he completed his legal studies at St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.). He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024.

Prior to his legal career, Nico Berger worked at BT in Leeds (UK) and Meta in Dublin (Ireland). During and after his law studies, he worked for commercial and tax law firms in Miami and New York, including Leone Zhgun, P.A. and Wuersch & Gering LLP. Since 2026, he has been with Greter & Partner Rechtsanwälte AG.

Nico Berger speaks German and English. He is admitted to the bar in the state of Florida.
