As a lawyer Mirjam Klem supports the attorneys at Greter & Partners Attorneys Ltd in all legal matters, in particular in the areas of compliance, money laundering law, corporate housekeeping, management and drafting of trust structures as well as settlement of domestic and international estates. She further takes on the coordination of US tax cases.

 

Mirjam Klem studied law at the University of Basel and obtained 2000 her Master’s Degree in Law. In 2012 she earned a professional certificate in financial planning. Prior to joining Greter & Partners Attorneys Ltd in 2021, Mirjam Klem worked as a wealth planner for a major Swiss bank, where she advised domestic and international families and private clients (HNI).

 

Mirjam Klem speaks German, English, French and Italian. She is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
